I connect them to the services we have in our community and to resources that can empower them to take care of their own health & Wellbeing.

I come to your workplace once or twice a month for a minimum of 2 hours.

In-person and remote options are available.

I came to Chenin feeling completely depleted, inadequate and removed from my sense of self. I have been through a string of deaths and had no tools to support myself other than ‘trying to think positive’ which simply was not working. Chenin helped me turn inwards, to trust myself again and to express all that needed to be expressed to have any hope of returning home to myself. She let me feel and held space for me. I don’t have words to capture the gratitude I have for Chenin and her work. It involves the unseen, and trust in the felt aspects. Outwardly I move through life with greater self-worth, self-love and confidence where previously these were aspects I was ‘seeking’, Chenin helped me to ‘become’.
