So why do it in the workplace?
With our busy lifestyles and minimal time to pause and reflect, gratitude brings you into the present moment being aware and appreciative of everything you have and not what you are lacking.
The studies for Gratitude are relatively new and may not have even had a look in prior Pre-Covid, but it’s the little things like Gratitude that can change a culture in a workplace. Try it for 21 days and see what effect it has.

We have one on our table at home that anyone can add to when they come and visit and a daily Practice for our daughter and me. The other sits in my office and travels with me to workplaces.
