It’s the simple things that can make the biggest changes in your life if you apply them consistently.

 

  1. MAKE HAPPINESS YOUR PRIORITY   This year do more of the things that make you happy. The things that feed your soul and light your fire.Like attracts like…..When your heart is emitting joy, you open yourself up to receive more of the same.
  2. SET CLEAR BOUNDARIES   When you have clear boundaries, you know what you will tolerate and what you won’t. You can confidently say no instead of people pleasing. You put your needs before others and avoid the feeling of resentment. Fill your cup so it overflows into others instead of pouring from an empty vessel. Where do you draw a line in the sand for your physical, emotional & spiritual wellbeing?Call them boundaries, rules, or whatever works for you. It’s knowing your limits in all areas of your life in order to maintain balance.Tip the scales in your favour so that you can give to others as well as yourself.
  3. REDUCE STRESS  – Stress comes in all shapes and forms.

    What’s important to you?
    Knowing what you value in all areas of life can help you avoid conflict and know when you are in and out of alignment.
    One of the things I value is open and clear communication. When expectations are voiced at the beginning of any relationship, both parties are aware of each other’s values and create the best chance of success.
  7. PRACTICE FORGIVENESS WITH YOURSELF & OTHERS
    Forgiveness is a 2-way street….
    Practicing forgiveness on a daily basis for others and yourself allows you to keep moving forward and not stay stuck in the past.
    When we forgive others, it’s not about forgetting their actions, it’s so we can direct our energy in a more positive, useful direction and focus on the things we can control.
    Forgiving yourself for your actions is practicing kindness and compassion inward. None of us are perfect and we don’t always get it right, but being aware of our actions is the first step to making changes and doing better next time. This is how we grow and evolve.
    You can practice forgiveness verbally or through writing. Find a practice that works for you ❤️

    Choose to be kind to your mind, treat it like your best friend 🧠
    Be compassionate, empathetic, forgiving, encouraging, and understanding.
    Tell yourself every day all the things you loved or longed to hear as a child.
